Our Speciality

Industrial cyclone separator engineered for efficient dust and particle separation in process systems. InfinexxGen fabricates cyclone systems with precision and durable material finishes for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.

The cyclone uses centrifugal force to separate heavier particles from an air-dust mixture. Material entering tangentially creates a high-speed rotational flow, driving particles toward the vessel wall before they collect in the hopper, while cleaner air exits through the top outlet.

This unit was fabricated in SS304L with a maintained 2B finish, measuring OD 3500 × 15000 mm length. Precision fabrication and quality finishing support long service life, reduced maintenance, and consistent separation performance.
